All SASSA Grant Dates For November 2025 Revealed – Check When You Will Get Paid

SASSA has come out with a detailed timeline for the distribution of the major grants in November 2025: 

  • Old Age Grant: Tuesday, 4th November 2025, 
  • Disability Grant: Wednesday, 5th November 2025, 
  • Grants to Children (such as cash support, fostering, etc.): Thursday, 6th November 2025. 

It is important for each recipient to check their accounts on the specified day to determine if the corresponding payment is already made.

The Dates and Their Importance for You  

Those who qualify for the grant will get the following information:  

  • The day set for the posted transaction is the actual day that you can receive the money in a formal way. However, it might be the case that you cannot cash the money that day, but you can certainly have it after that time.  
  • The staggered timetable (seniors first, then the disabled, and finally children) results in fewer people at payment points and in banks thus making the process easier.  

If you are the one who is withdrawing money through your bank account, card, or any other method, please ensure your banking details are updated. This is the general case when people have their accounts delayed due to not having current information.

  3. In case you haven’t received payment by your date, contact SASSA (helpline, local office) rather than rely on social-media rumours.
  4. Be aware of any new procedures: biometric checks, identity verification or updated terms may apply in 2025.
